what I don’t understand is why sometimes five minutes go by so painfully slow, and other times so god damn fast that I blink and they’ve already ran ten miles behind me.

I just had one of the loveliest christmases in quite some time. Even though not a lot of our family came, those who did made it more than worthwhile. I hope yours was equally as good!
